Serianne

Overview

Serianne was one of the original nine Founders of the Chosen. She was already deceased by the beginning of the Under the Bus campaign and was one of the four Founders known to have died before the party joined the organization.

Role in the Chosen

The surviving campaign material provides little information about Serianne's specific responsibilities within the Chosen or her individual abilities.

One known connection is to Demetrius, a Chosen agent who operated undercover in Toreon. Shortly before her death, Serianne gave Demetrius a magical necklace that suppressed his Chosen aura and his Chosen powers. This allowed him to remain undetectable as Chosen while working undercover.

Demetrius continued to use the necklace years later while working as one of Quentin's agents.

Legacy

Serianne's gift to Demetrius became an important part of his undercover work. The party initially encountered him without realizing he was Chosen because the necklace prevented him from registering as such.

Beyond this connection, her personal history and contributions to the founding of the Chosen are not established in the surviving material.
